At JN Property we buy houses to create homes. We provide excellent quality homes at affordable prices throughout Ayrshire, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and Renfrewshire.
We are family run and believe that everyone has the right to be housed in great quality affordable homes which is why when we do refurbishment work on a property we always aim for the highest standard we can provide before we allow a tenant to move in.
Our names are James and Nicola which is why we are called JN Property!
James is an Architectural Visualisation Specialist and has been working in the creative industry for over five years. Prior to that he was an Associate lecturer developing and delivering courses for a number of departments including the engineering department in the local University.
Nicola is a Departmental head for a local school and specialises in Business, Administration and Accounting. She is passionate about educating kids in business and regularly runs successful business events for the kids to learn from people within the industries.
We have invested heavily in our financial education and have been trained by some of the most successful property investors up and down the UK.
We have high morals and will not go ahead with any deal unless it is a win win situation for all parties.
